News To Me, I am Part Eskimo!

I was going through some old papers that my aunt had put together for all of the kids in my family. She is my fathers sister and she had a project to do a family history on this side of the family. It was an awesome book with lots of great pictures of these people dating back to 1846. My grandmother had put messages for each picture for herself not knowing this would one day be passed down to her grandchildren. We grew up being told that we were English, Irish, French and German. This is what I told my children they were along with their father who us German, French, English and Spanish. Much to my surprise after looking through this information, I found something that said part of my heritage was Eskimo. I was so surprised. I had not idea of this. I do know that my kids get a great kick out of being able to say that this is part of their heritage. Who knows what will be added to the list as we marry and have children of our own.
